I do not see any signs of deception in this interview with Tonya. I’d like to see more–especially if Tonya testifies. If she does and you see it, please let me know ASAP.

This case scares me because it is a highly emotional topic for parents. The more emotional people get, the higher the likelihood their emotions will cloud their judgment and their ability to discern fact from fiction. The risk of emotional bias in this case is exceptional high. Due to this, her likelihood of a conviction is dramatically increased, and if that it the case, this case will be contested in courts for years to come.
