Here is wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving–for those of you who live in the U.S. or celebrate the holiday elsewhere.  And a special day for those who don’t.

I am so grateful for all the people who contribute to my blog with ideas, thoughts, critical thinking, and even those who challenge our thinking by playing the devils advocate.  You have all enriched my life in amazing ways and made me a better person for the experiences you have shared with me.

This Thanksgiving, I am very grateful for all of you.

I am also deeply grateful for all the opportunities I was given this year to share my message with many, many professional and outstanding hard working people in the law enforcement community.  I was blessed to meet many new people.
