48 Hours Saturday
Will you be watching? I always love a good mystery and real people telling their life story!
Will you be watching? I always love a good mystery and real people telling their life story!
Did you see 48 Hours this past weekend? Sandra Franklin claims she killed her husband, Peter, in self-defense.
I personally didn’t believe Sandra’s story whatsoever. I suspect she planned the murder, took control of Peter’s finances and his life, and wanted him out of the picture. I believed Peter’s ex-wife that Peter was not one to lay a finger on anyone and Sandra’s story that he used his key knife to go after her was ridiculous.
Here is what I believe: Sandra convinced Peter for whatever reason that he should sign over all his assets to her. She convinced him to go into pain management, so she could cabbage a lot of money, before axing him out of the picture…Creepy, I know. But that is how I see it.
She got justice with her sentence– 15 years to life! I wouldn’t trust that woman to stand behind me for even a blink of an eye. She is dangerous from my point of view.

I have written about and watched this case evolve since 2006. I have always believed in Ryan Ferguson’s innocence, and I did not trust Chuck Erikson. To read my original post, click here, or click on the labels below to read all of my posts on this case in reverse chronological order.
This woman is the typical manipulative psychopath. The jury got it right. I see a lot of hotspots in Tausha’s behavior and I see no hotspots when I see Greg Morton testify on the stand.
48 Hours profiled the story of Dr. Mark Wrangler and his wife, Kathy last Friday. Kathy ended up dying in the family home of carbon monoxide poisoning. Dr. Wrangler was an anesthesiologist, and was eventually convicted of killing his wife by directing the flow of carbon monoxide to the upstairs where Kathy slept. I have no doubts the jury got it correct.
I thought you might enjoy listening to his 911 call. It’s loaded with hotspots! Which ones do you see? There are many of them…
