Anderson Cooper Sets Record Straight

We are in an era of history that I have not witnessed in my lifetime where people in power (and their allies) are trying to confuse the general population to get support and back their corrupt agendas. The depth of this attack on our democracy is out-of-control, frankly, and very scary. And sadly, I see it having an effect on innocent people who truly can’t spot the truth or lies, and think these people calling out “lies” are honest, when they are anything but honest.

When people use positions of power to influence others by calling real facts “lies” we are in dangerous, dangerous territory. As I have said before, get many sources before you determine the facts. Read foreign newspapers as they are less likely to be biased or gain from their reporting on our issues. And don’t just accept one source as the truth.

In this case I can tell you, Anderson Cooper is being honest. Dead honest.

If you’ve seen or heard the ridiculous claims floating around about Anderson Cooper, please watch this. And please share with your fellow Americans. The lies and calling out “fake news” to keep corrupt support needs to stop!!

A note to my loyal followers: I have not disappeared. I am going through some health issues right now but hope to get back to the blog soon!!! I will be back.

David and Amanda Blackburn

Many people are disturbed, and rightfully so, by the behavior of Pastor David Blackburn as he talks so emotionally-void and happy after the murder of his wife, Amanda.  He is clearly demonstrating behaviors that are troubling and inconsistent with a grieving husband.  Two men have been arrested for the murder of Amanda Blackburn.  I will be following this case to see if anything else develops, and to see what evidence is presented in this case. My eyebrows are raised without question.

What do you think?

Dash Cam Facial Expressions

Here is a fascinating study of young drivers and the facial expressions they make while driving. Watch them drive and face some seriously close calls.

What is surprising is their facial expressions seem muted considering the situation.

I hear Dr. Drew Pinsky in my head saying that young people under the age of 25 haven’t developed fully in the brain, and therefore don’t make good decisions.

Here is a research article that talks specifically about this. In it, they say, “The frontal lobe, tasked with decision making, planning, judgement, expression of emotions and impulse control may not be fully mature until the mid-20s.”

That may explain it…

A Study of Honesty (12-1-14)

It’s interesting to watch the reporter talk about the incident he recorded. While we don’t know which way the bullets went, we can be certain that he is telling the truth.

Is this what you would expect for an honest response?

Janet Walters Body Found

I wrote last week about Gary Walters, who was pleading for his wife’s return after she went missing because  I felt it was refreshing to see an honest plea by a husband looking for his missing wife as so many have tragic and dishonest ends.

Sadly, Janet Walter’s van was found in a Meijer’s grocery story parking lot this past Saturday afternoon  insider her van which sat unidentified in the lot for at least 10 days.  News reports give differing accounts.  One says a shopper found her.  Another one says an employee of Meijer’s note the van due to an odor and flies, and when they looked inside, on the third row seats, was Janet’s body.

Police believe Janet Walters committed suicide, though they are waiting for official word from the coroner and toxicology reports.  You can read more at the IndyStar.com.
