Chris Watts Interview: My Thoughts

Many of you have wondering if Christopher Watts revealed clues that he was deceptive. The answer is yes. If you don’t know, he has sadly confessed to the killing of his wife and their children.

In the beginning of the interview, Chris actually glows when he first starts talking, yet he is putting on a down-tone in his voice and working hard to keep his emotions baseline. You get that deadpan feeling? That’s him manipulating his responses–trying to “act” down when he really isn’t. It’s an epic fail.

You can see him suppress a smile when he is asked what happened. It’s creepy. This is not a man grieving for or worried about his supposed missing wife.

When talking about her not responding to “her people” he talks about “That is what concerned a lot of peoples.” If you notice, it didn’t concern him. Isn’t that interesting? He also makes a disgust expression.

As he talks about coming home, he says, “Nothing. Just vanished. Nothing was here.” This is extreme distancing from his wife and kids. He acts like they are objects, not human beings who went missing. He then corrects and says, “She wasn’t here. The kids weren’t here.”

Interestingly, when he talks about the kids and says their names, you see a slow blink. There is some, albeit slight, emotional response here about the kids that is revealed by this. Does it bother him he killed them? Are their visions that get into his head that cause him to feel some emotion here? I believe the answer is yes, even if it is a minor emotion. With his wife, there is nothing.

When Chris spells Celeste’s name, he has an awkward swallow. It’s making him very uncomfortable and its notable.

As Chris talks about where they could be, he has a glow again. I get that sense he feels he is being believed and is successfully duping the reporter here. It’s very creepy. And it continues as he talks about the girls, and how they would be eating dinner and how he supposedly (not) misses it. He actually breaks out in slight laughter at 3:24. What you are seeing is a man who is loving the fact he is duping the reporter and getting away with his lies and thinks he is being believed.

He laughs again at 3:51.

He says they had an emotional conversation. Yeah, a fight. No doubt. He laughs again at 5:01.

When the reporters question him about what the police or sheriff are saying to you, he shows real indications of being uncomfortable and nervous again, which only helped investigators! He shows doubt throughout this interview as well.

And in the end, he says, as he pleas for his wife, “IF you are out there…” IF??? I love when they say “if”. It’s quite common and a huge reveal.

I personally suspect this man was controlling, angered easily and kept his demons behind closed doors. And something happened, and he snapped.

Missing Mollie Tibbetts and Wayne Cheney

Many of you have seen Wayne Cheney talk to the media about his interview with law enforcement in the case of missing Mollie Tibbetts.

The interview is interesting on many levels. I know it has caught many people’s attention.

Does Wayne Cheney show any indications of involvement in this interview?

Does he send up red flags?

From this interview, I can tell you that you cannot rule him in or out by the interview segments I have seen, and here is why.

Cheney comes across as a unique individual, perhaps someone who doesn’t socialize very much with people. He also has stalking charges in his past. With that, doing an interview with the media may be awkward for him whether he is telling the truth or lying. Hence, his answers in this video could be explained simply by being uncomfortable and not guilty or involved. Then again, they could be uncomfortable because he is involved. It could be both!

If Cheney was a normal guy who was actively social, then yes, his answers would flag me tremendously. But if he is a social recluse, keeping to himself, and rarely interacting with people day-to-day, along with his history of stalking, I can’t put much into his responses.

He clearly self-soothes in this interview but as to why, we need more information to say. If I were working on this case, I would definitely want to do more interviews, though, without question!

If you see more interviews in this case, keep me posted.

Sheri Papini Case: 911 Call Released

Listen to Keith Papini’s 911 call reporting his wife missing last November.  It’s quite fascinating!

Does he sound like he is scared or worried to you?

He sounds completely excited to me, which doesn’t sound anything like scared or worried.

He even suggests what happened to her.  Interesting. He never entertains she could have simply dropped her phone. Hmmm….I wonder why?!

He is full of hot spots and I do not believe him one inch.  Do you?

Charles Bothuell’s Parents Charged with Torture

Do you remember the case of Charles Bothuell, Jr, 13, who was reported missing by his dad and step-mom last June? Charles Bothuell, Sr., was on TV with Nancy Grace when she reported they found his son on LIVE TV two weeks later. You can see the footage above.

When this segment aired, I wrote saying I didn’t believe Charles Bothuell, Sr., at all when he reacted as Nancy Grace told him. He knew what happened to his boy without question. There were tell-tale signs if you understand human behavior and body language.

Last Friday Charles Bothuell Jr.’s dad and step-mom were arrested, and charged with torture and child abuse of their son. It’s a first for Wayne county to charge someone of torture when the person is still alive.

Both parents can face a maximum sentence of life in prison.

It’s always good news when the truth is prevails!  These two needs to be held accountable for what they did to little Charles. He looks like a fine young man!

The Kelly Files Tonight

Tonight on FOX is the Kelly Files.  Megyn Kelly is having a retired CIA agent on who believes the parents of baby Lisa Irwin. Baby Lisa disappeared in October of 2011.

I have shared my opinion on the parents from day one, and I didn’t believe them. There are ample clues in nearly every interview they have done that does not support honesty.

In the video preview of the show tonight (above) of Deborah, the mom, we can clearly see her “thinking on her feet” as she answers the question posed by Phil Houston, and say she was “possibly not alert”.  Either she was alert or she wasn’t!  Why does she have to think to answer the questions and then not even give us  a concrete answer?  It makes no sense if she is being honest with us.

In reviewing video after video of the parents of baby Lisa, I can continually point out hotspot after hotspot after hotspot.

If anyone watches the show tonight and finds a clip of it and would like my thoughts, feel free to leave a comment.
