Travis Forbes Leads Police to Body

Back in April, Kenia Monge disappeared after a night out at a local Denver club.  The last man to see Kenia alive spoke out to the news media claiming he was a suspect, though police did not confirm he was.  That man was Travis Forbes, and the behavior of Travis in that interview told me all I needed to know.  Things did not look good for Kenia.

Sadly, today, Travis Forbes led police to a body along an interstate in Colorado some 40 miles from where Kenia was last seen.  The District Attorney has confirmed that they believe the body is Kenia though testing is need to make it official.

Body language and human behavior are big indicators to deception if one is trained and knows what to look for.  Travis is a great example of how this is true.  I have over 30 real life examples of this on my blog.

Murder Suspect Jodi Arias To Be Her Own Attorney

Jodi Arias comes across as a sweet, innocent young girl in this video, doesn’t she?  I think most people who didn’t know she was locked up behind bars would find her “safe” to be around, but they would be surprised to know that she is sitting in jail awaiting trial for first degree murder and facing the death penalty.

Travis Alexander, 30, was found dead in his apartment in June 2008, and while Jodi first confess to police she was with him, though she fled the scene, she told them they were attacked by two masked gunmen.  When she could get away, she original told police she did, but ironically she never called 911 to help her friend, Travis.

I have since heard that Jodi Arias has changed her story, and now says that she killed Travis Alexander in self-defense.  I don’t think she has much of a chance if this is hers story now.

Even more surprising, last week, Jodi Arias declared in front of a court that she wants to act as her own attorney, though she has no more than an 11th grade education.  The judge asked her if she had an legal experience, had a law license or even read the statute she is accused of violating and Arias replied “no”.

There is no doubt this woman is smart, cunning and manipulative, but I think her arrogance will finally get the best of her.

While this case is not getting any press coverage at this time, should that change, I will keep you posted.

Kiesha Abrahams: Police Put Together Events

Kiesha Weippeart’s mom, Kristi Abrahams, plead for her missing daughter on August 3, 2010.  She wore sunglasses when she made the plea and her cry was riddle with clues it was fake.  I immediately saw red flags and did not trust Kristi Abrahams.  You can read my original post here.

As the story continued to develop in time, there were a lot of things that didn’t make sense in this case, and most people saw something was up.  People speculated over the sad face of little Kiesha. Was it letting out a secret that she was sad at home?  Evidently, the answer is yes.   Police are expected to include in their statement against Kiesha’s parents that their treatment of their daughter was harsh, and included brutual treatment (source).

Sadly, Kiesha’s little bones were found in April of this year and now police in Australia, where this occurred, are working to put the pieces of this puzzle together.

They got a tip in April of this year that on Kiesha’s birthday, her parents were going to her grave and that is precisely what they did.  They hired a taxi and lead investigators, unknowingly, to Kiesha’s body.

Police suspect that Kristi Abrahams and her partner, Robert Smith, caused harm to the little girl, and believe she died as a result of head injuries.  They then believe once she died, somewhere between July 12-14 of last year, they hired a taxi and took her lifeless body in a suitcase to a bushland grave. A taxi driver remembers the two carrying a suitcase to the bushland.

Kiesha was then reported missing on August 1, 2010.  Both Kristi Abraham and her partner Robert Smith are facing murder charges.

Do you believe behavior is important evidence?

Tausha Fields on 48 Hours

This woman is the typical manipulative psychopath. The jury got it right.  I see a lot of hotspots in Tausha’s behavior and I see no hotspots when I see Greg Morton testify on the stand.

Anthony Jury Ignored Casey’s Defense: Outrageous!

Having listened to Jennifer Ford and her arguments as to why Casey wasn’t convicted, I am in shock!  This jury was so boons-waggled with Baez red herrings, they couldn’t think straight! I am floored.

Ford, if you want my opinion, is clearly a staunch person with strong opinions.  She truly feels the prosecution had no case whatsoever except to show that Casey Anthony behaved badly.  We hear her give us one of the arguments that convinced this jury to vote to acquit, “If you are going to charge someone with murder, don’t you have to know how they killed someone or why they killed someone?”

That’s a fascinating question, and if I were on a jury, I would have retorted back equally staunch by saying show me the law that says that no motive, no known cause of death equals acquittal.  To me those elements have no involvement in our decision if Casey Anthony is involved.  Bear with me a minute.

Let’s listen to Casey Anthony’s defense.  This is paramount!!

We are all in agreement that she hired Jose Baez to give her side of the story, correct?  Her defense, what Casey wants us to believe, is that she was home with her dad when her daughter went into the pool and drowned. She wants us to believe that her dad found Caylee, and that she allowed him to take the body and do an elaborate cover up.  She willfully and intentionally went along with that cover up.  That is what the defense is telling us, correct?

Why would we disbelief this as a starting point? Is there any reason?  While I don’t necessarily believe this is the whole truth, this is Casey’s story. This is what she is confessing to at a minimum.   This should be the starting point of what she is guilty of…or she wouldn’t admit to some involvement, if she had none.

Next, if the prosecution argues that this was first or second degree murder, we can move up from there if we feel the evidence is substantial. I would argue that duct tape on the body supports that this was more than a simple drowning. Now we have Casey admitting involvement, and we have the duct tape found on the body… Where does that leave us?

Is there still reasonable doubt of her involvement?

This jury failed to think critically, to even listen to what Casey Anthony hired her attorney to tell the jurors directly.  How stunning!!!!!!!!!!!!

The fact that the jurors discounted what Casey said, that she admitted through her attorney that she was involved in an accident, is simply mind-blowing!!!!!
