Maria Bögerl Found Dead
Sadly, the German banker and his two children who pleaded for their wife/mother to be returned to them won’t be so lucky. Maria Boegerl’s corpse was found yesterday at the edge of a forest not far from their home under some branches. Police had found her car, but found little clues to help them find Maria.
Maria Bögerl, according to Thomas Bögerl, was abducted at her home and driven away in her own car, and held for ransom, but the kidnappers never took their random, which was put on a highway by Thomas as instructed, and were never heard from again.
It will be interesting to see this case evolve. I can’t say anything conclusively because of the language barrier, but I am curious why the father didn’t seem as upset as the children were. It may or may not be explainable.
