Did George Anthony have an affair?

George Anthony testified on the stand yesterday, and denied that he had an affair with Krystal Holloway (aka River Cruz). Was he honest or did he lie?

In my opinion, George was being honest. I believe him when he says that Krystal Holloway told him she had a brain tumor and was dying. Krystal Holloway is a self-admitted liar. She also sold a story to the National Enquirer, yet told reporters she was not speaking out to make money–clearly her behavior doesn’t match her words.

In her interview with the Orange County Sheriffs office, Krystal demonstrated a lot of hallmarks of people who are deceptive.

I’d trust George Anthony 1000 times over Krystal Holloway. Click here to read my thoughts on Krystal Holloway.

Casey Anthony “If Looks Could Kill…”

Here are some interesting photos of Casey Anthony in the courtroom a few days ago (Trial Day 38). She appears to be livid, and full of rage at her attorney, Jose Baez. You can watch the video here. When you see anger to this degree, it is your warning that the person could be very volatile–to take precautions.

At the bottom, I will put a picture of a convicted murderer, John Gardner, who gave this exact same expression in court when his only surviving victim spoke out in court.

“If looks could kill…”

Tension first appears in the lips.
We see anger and disgust combined.
As Jose Baez walks by, watch Casey glare at him.

1 in 15 People lie about SSN and DOB on Credit Apps

Credit Cards

A company called ID Analytics did a study and found that 1 in 15 people intentionally commit fraud on their credit application by providing another social security number or date of birth–often to avoid credit rejection or to obtain the right to more credit.

The study included 267 million adults and in that group, they believe 8% are not a result of accidents. They  uncovered several people who were using over 100 social security numbers!

Roy Kronk on the Stand: Honest or lying?

Click on the photo above to see the video I reviewed

Roy Kronk took the stand today, and I absolutely believe he is telling the truth.  He is a stickler for details, ironically, and he rightfully corrects the defense attorney who questions him about calling 911.  He insists he did not call 911 and the defense attorney finally concedes he called the non-emergency number after checking with the prosecution.

I am not an expert in identifying disorders, but I have to wonder if Roy Kronk could have a mild form of Asperger’s syndrome.  He seems social awkward, like social interactions may be more challenging for him. He also seems emotionally dull.  When I watch him on the stand, his eyebrows are displaying stress to me.  I get the sense he doesn’t quite understand what the defense doesn’t get.  In his mind, he is stating the facts, so what is there to question?  People with this condition may also get interested in something, and get very absorbed into it– which is what I suspect happened with Kronk and his desire to find Caylee’s body.  He was probably more attuned to nuances than the average person and that is why his persistence and curiosity paid off. People with this condition are often more intelligent than average, too, and when you watch Kronk recall his details, he is steadfast with them.

You may notice Roy Kronk licking his lips.  To me, this is simply a sign of nervousness.  If you notice, when he does it, the questioning attorney has raised his voice, and I suspect Kronk is unconsciously stressing from that…feeling pressure.

I believe Roy Kronk is honest in the video above.

I will review George Anthony tomorrow.
