Mary Bale has been charged with two counts of animal cruelty and is required to report to court on October 19 to face the charges. I am glad to hear they are holding her accountable for her actions! I found Mary Bale’s apology lacking and insincere.
The police have now seized the mobile phones of Kristi Abrahams and Robert Smith as part of their search for little Kiesha Abrahams. Kiesha was reporting missing by her mum on August 1, 2010, and has not been since.

CNN has an interesting article today on Kyron Horman case. Little Kyron, 8, went missing on June 4, 2010, from his school and hasn’t been seen since.
Multnomah County Sheriff Dan Staton said “We have knowledge of things we wish we didn’t.” He goes on to say that there will be things that come out in this investigation that he think will surprise us. I can’t imagine another surprise in this case. We’ve been surprised a lot already in this case from Terri and Kaine Horman splitting up to her being fingered as putting out a hit on Kaine’s life, to Terri being banned from seeing her little daughter to the Horman’s filing for divorce. The list goes on and on.
The sheriff says they have spent over $1 million dollars on the effort to find Kyron so far, and the case isn’t “cold”.

What does this woman’s body language tell you by her pose? It speaks volumes to me.
A couple of weeks ago, I pointed out the testimony of Kendra Beebe on the stand. Now her ex-boyfriend speaks out, and all I can say is “wow”. I think anyone can see the truth here, and Shelley is fooling himself if he thinks anyone is buying his “story”.
