Watch these people lie!!

This is a great video.  A reporter goes to The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Annual Festival in Indio, California, and puts a microphone into the faces of attendees and asks them what they think of bands–bands that don’t exist–and watch how quickly people lie!

It’s hilarious.

I bet if we could talk to the reporter, she got the best responses by pushing the microphone up into their face.  When she did that, it amped up the pressure and people felt they had to respond, and as you can see many did.

I also think there is social pressure on the younger generation to be “in the know” so they winged it wherever they could to be “hip”….just oops, that backfired!

What clues are they giving off that they are lying?

Thanks, Lynn, for sharing!

I feel like I turned a corner and I’m _________ because I’m feeling so well!!!

I’ll take it!

I’m coming ALIVE!!

Slow and Steady Progress

Just wanted to give an update.  I am healing and on the mend, though not cognitively feeling good enough to blog again–hopefully it will be soon. I’m taking it day-by-day.

The photo above is from a medical student who came along into my surgery at University of Chicago. As we were entering the operating room, she snapped this photo for me of the city of Chicago.  She said this is the view from the surgical room door.  I thought it was a cool picture!

48 Hours: Angel Downs and Stephen Nodine

Did you watch 48 Hours this weekend? The featured story was titled Power and Passion.

You can watch it above.

Do I believe Angel Downs committed suicide?  I do not.

I am going in for major surgery this week.  Please know I will get back to the computer as soon as I am able. I may post to Facebook before the blog so check there for the latest updates.  Please be patient for me….Thanks!

Jodi Arias Tweeting Through Friend

I was surprised to learn that Jodi masterminded a way to tweet from jail, but in reality I shouldn’t be surprised. This woman is a master manipulator and she will find a way to do things that most people wouldn’t. In this case, many people might have thought about having a friend outside of jail tweet on their behalf, but most wouldn’t be ballsy enough to actually do and do it so crudely as Jodi has.

I guess Nancy must have pondered if Jodi Arias was giving the finger at one point in court, and Jodi in her psychopathic ways had no problem getting vicious.  She tweeted, “Actually, Nancy, that finger was for you. Have a nice day.”

Yes, that is Jodi’s true character–at absolute odds with the type of person she wants to portray in court–a person who would tolerate abuse, wouldn’t you say? That alone should be shown to the jury as proof!   A timid victim would not have done that, folks! A vicious, killing psychopath–absolutely.

And Jodi is also managing to sell artwork from behind bars, too. Have you seen?  She is essentially profit from her death penalty trial.  She is using her friend, Donavan Bering, to create these websites and display her artwork.

I’m astounded by it all, but really shouldn’t be. It’s just amazing to watch happen in real time. You’d think the justice system would be shut down somehow, someway!

It’s interesting to watch Donavan Bering in the video above defend the tweets she wrote on Jodi’s behalf that are clearly attacking Juan Martinez.  I don’t believe any of Donavan’s nonsense.  She is as creepy as Jodi herself!!

Got the chills?  After watching Jodi and her friend Donavan, you should!!
