Prime Writer News Network has released an article an hour ago stating that the focus for little Kyron Horman has shifted to his step-mother, Terri Moulton Horman, who was last seen with Kyron. They report that they are getting their news from the Williamette Week, which I suspect is a local Oregon paper.
I have had two “offline” updates on the case as well that something is brewing with Terri, but I don’t want to share the details I have heard as I don’t want to jeopardize what law enforcement is trying to achieve.

It’s 10 days since second-grader Kyron Horman was last seen as school. Investigators have now scaled by the search and rescue, and are calling this a criminal investigation.

In October of 2008, a New York man, William (Bill) Walsh plead to the media for the safe return of his wife, Leah Walsh, who disappeared on her way to work. Her car was found on the side of the highway with a flat tire, but Leah was no where to be found. The media interviewed Bill shortly after his wife disappeared, and when I watched it, his interview was loaded with hot spots.
I can tell you that Bill’s plea put my antenna on high. Absolutely nothing about his plea is logical. Nothing about his plea makes sense.
He not only talks nonsense–that she can have his car and everything–which is illogical if she just disappeared after getting a flat tire, but he pitches his voice up so high in what sounds like a fake attempt to show distress that it almost gets me nauseated.
Furthermore, in the second snippet of Bill talking, when the reporter asks a question of him, notice how as he thinks, his voice pitch goes back down to normal. The thinking caused him to forget to pitch his voice up. It’s an incredible and notable point. When we are really wigged out, our voice pitch says consistent. It doesn’t change this quickly.
Also, do you see any tears? If Bill is so upset, why aren’t there tears?
I don’t trust a word out of Bill’s mouth, unfortunately, but the police are saying that Bill is cooperating.

On May 20, 2010, William (Bill) Walsh confessed (a second time, the first time he took it back– search my archives for details), plead guilty to murder, tampering with evidence and weapon’s charges. Thanks, CW, for sharing the news (otherwise I may have missed it)!
You can read more about the story here. Walsh will be sentenced on June 23, and faces 18 years to life.
This makes the 31st person (out of 32 total) I have accurately identified clues to deception in the news before the truth was known. Of course, there are many more than are waiting for the truth to be discovered. That puts my average at 96.9% accurate.
I wish Leah’s family peace and resolve and I hope they can move forward now and put this all behind them and focus on the beautiful memories they have of Leah.

Kyron Horman has been missing for a week. According to reports, Kyron had a science project, so his stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman, drove him to school that morning, watched Kyron setup his display, took a photo of him and then looked around at other projects with Kyron before waving goodbye to him in the hallway and leaving.
Read moreAt 3:30, Terri went to the bus stop to meet Kyron, but the bus driver told her that he wasn’t on the bus, at which point Terri calls the school and finds out her son was reported as absent. There were people, however, who vouch for seeing Terri and Kyron at the school that morning.
It’s a big mystery–that’s for sure!
Several people have emailed me and made note of different oddities. The most notable oddity is that the parents of Kyron have not made any public pleas for their son where they talk to the media. Yes, this is strange. I agree. As parents, this would be the first thing you would expect them to do –to get the word out there. And if they didn’t want to go on camera, you would at least expect a spokesperson to get the word out there for them, but we don’t see that either.
Has anyone seen them on any searches? Are they searching for their son at all? This would be the second natural thing we would expect to see.
Others have sent me emails about how Terri is posting on her Facebook page in a nonchalant manner, which she has now made more private to prevent people from seeing her comments. On Terri’s Facebook page, she talked about posting flyers.
And then to see the news media approached the Horman parents in this interview and to see them walk away as if they have something to hide–that is amazing to me! You’d think they could say two words, wouldn’t you? Why not?
The Horman’s released a statement through the Sheriffs office yesterday at a press conference the Horman’s did not attend. You can hear it here.
Of course, I don’t believe we can say anything conclusive about this, but it sure does raise eyebrows, doesn’t it? If anyone sees the parents speak out, please let me know. I am interested to watch and listen to what they have to say.
I did find it odd that this retired police detective said to the news team in the video above that statements from families don’t really help investigators, but they help the community who is emotionally invested in a child’s disappearance. I wonder if he really said that, or if the media botched up his words somehow. That would be extremely odd, wouldn’t you think? You’d have to ask if he has ever seen “Lie to Me” or the science behind it.
Thanks to all the readers who share information with me.
