Lloyd Landis

I have been asked to give my opinion on Lloyd Landis (below). Do I think Lloyd Landis is being honest — that he did not in fact dope up?

I do not believe Lloyd Landis.

While he gives a cold stare in to the microphones and video interviews, trying to talk in a control manner and lacking much expression — his answers to questions are poor at best, and his weak-toned voice supports a lack of confidence. That coupled with the logic of two failed tests makes me about 85% confident that Mr. Landis is not being honest.

I personally think Mr. Landis is in denial. He cannot accept being stripped of his title. He can’t deal with it because he himself thinks he is an exceptional athlete regardless. He is trying to convince us all, as well as himself with excuse after excuse as to why it is possible these two tests failed us.

I’m not buying it.

Looking for Story Leads…

Got a story lead for me — that has a video of a suspect or someone talking — that you’d like me to look at?

Here is your opportunity! Post the link in the comment section below…

Mouse in Lean Cuisine: Planted or Found?

Click on the link to watch the video.

Do you believe this woman?

Do you think she actually found a dead mouse in her frozen dinner?

Or, do you think like Anna Ayala (Wendy’s chili finger tip incident) — she planted it there?

I’ll post what I think in the comments below. Don’t read the comments — just tell me what you think and why (you comment). Then read my answer 🙂

Adam Saleh and Julie Popovich UPDATE

There is new information coming out about the Adam Saleh and Julie Popovich case (which I first wrote about here on Feb. 10, 2006). It came out in the past two weeks.

According to the article — Adam Saleh’s cell phone rang twice the night Julie Popovich was murdered. The first time, the tower that picked up Saleh’s phone call was “…a cell phone tower at Hoover Reservoir, where Popovich’s body was found.”

Furthermore, there is documentation that inmates are talking about what Saleh has said.

If you see more information about this case — keep me posted.

* * * *

Did you know it will be two years this October that I have been blogging about what I see and what I believe — and no one has come and proven me wrong on one case yet??

Granted, I expect to be proven wrong — out of all the calls I make. After all, I’m human and not a machine. But get this: If I am 80% accurate, that’s 5-10% more accurate than a lie detecting machine on average. Go figure!

Do YOU tell white lies?

I really don’t need to ask, or do a study about if people tell lies because the majority of people do (as I have experienced it first hand). My guess would be upwards of 97% of the populus lies on a regular basis.

Why do I believe people lie?

I don’t believe people lie to be malicious. Most of the time, they lie to be socially accepted. They fear if they tell the truth, they won’t be accepted for who they are. I think that is the biggest reason people lie.

Do you agree?

Do you think that is okay?

Do you tell white lies (wink!)?

Why do you do it?

Here is an article from MSN today. What do you think?
