Casey Anthony “If Looks Could Kill…”

Here are some interesting photos of Casey Anthony in the courtroom a few days ago (Trial Day 38). She appears to be livid, and full of rage at her attorney, Jose Baez. You can watch the video here. When you see anger to this degree, it is your warning that the person could be very volatile–to take precautions.

At the bottom, I will put a picture of a convicted murderer, John Gardner, who gave this exact same expression in court when his only surviving victim spoke out in court.

“If looks could kill…”

Tension first appears in the lips.
We see anger and disgust combined.

1 in 15 People lie about SSN and DOB on Credit Apps

Credit Cards

A company called ID Analytics did a study and found that 1 in 15 people intentionally commit fraud on their credit application by providing another social security number or date of birth–often to avoid credit rejection or to obtain the right to more credit.

The study included 267 million adults and in that group, they believe 8% are not a result of accidents. They  uncovered several people who were using over 100 social security numbers!

Roy Kronk on the Stand: Honest or lying?

Click on the photo above to see the video I reviewed

Roy Kronk took the stand today, and I absolutely believe he is telling the truth.  He is a stickler for details, ironically, and he rightfully corrects the defense attorney who questions him about calling 911.  He insists he did not call 911 and the defense attorney finally concedes he called the non-emergency number after checking with the prosecution.

I am not an expert in identifying disorders, but I have to wonder if Roy Kronk could have a mild form of Asperger’s syndrome.  He seems social awkward, like social interactions may be more challenging for him. He also seems emotionally dull.  When I watch him on the stand, his eyebrows are displaying stress to me.  I get the sense he doesn’t quite understand what the defense doesn’t get.  In his mind, he is stating the facts, so what is there to question?  People with this condition may also get interested in something, and get very absorbed into it– which is what I suspect happened with Kronk and his desire to find Caylee’s body.  He was probably more attuned to nuances than the average person and that is why his persistence and curiosity paid off. People with this condition are often more intelligent than average, too, and when you watch Kronk recall his details, he is steadfast with them.

You may notice Roy Kronk licking his lips.  To me, this is simply a sign of nervousness.  If you notice, when he does it, the questioning attorney has raised his voice, and I suspect Kronk is unconsciously stressing from that…feeling pressure.

I believe Roy Kronk is honest in the video above.

I will review George Anthony tomorrow.

Blago Found Guilty on 17 of 20 Charges

Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is likely frustrated today, as he demonstrates in the photo above, because a federal jury convicted him of 17 out of 20 counts.  He was accused of trying to selling Barack Obama’s senate seat. Thankfully, the jury saw it correctly this time, and there wasn’t a hold out juror like we saw in the first trial.

Purse lips (to me as seen above) are a clear sign that a person is feeling frustrated and misunderstood.  Blago knew people weren’t buying his story, though he arrogantly continued to try to sway the crowd in stubborn defiance–likely because it always worked before.  Just this time he got in too far over his head.

I analyzed “Blago” in January 2009 when he was appearing in the media frequently claiming his innocence. His behavior gave him away without a doubt. He refused to answer direction questions, he talked like a Dutch Uncle who believed he could sell you the Brooklyn Bridge, but gave us nothing of substance to believe him except arrogant denial.  Today Blago found out that he was the one who was a fool.

Watch Blago talk on Larry King LIVE.  He gives us a subconscious leak that tells us what he really thinks about his “hands” in corruption.  Did he think they were “clean”?  You tell me…

Dr. Mark Wranger on Dateline NBC Tonight

48 Hours profiled the story of Dr. Mark Wrangler and his wife, Kathy in May.  Now Dateline is running the story tonight.

Kathy ended up dying in the family home of carbon monoxide poisoning.  Dr. Wrangler was an anesthesiologist, and was eventually convicted of killing his wife by directing the flow of carbon monoxide to the upstairs where Kathy slept.  I have no doubts the jury got it correct.

I thought you might enjoy listening to his 911 call. It’s loaded with hotspots! Which ones do you see? There are many of them…
